Eight percent of votes in Sumy region support the Yuliya Tymoshenko election bloc, the actions of power not affecting its popularity rating. These data were obtained as a result of the sociological survey conducted by Sumy regional department of the Yuliya Tymoshenko election bloc. The representatives of the regional department conducted their own survey because the polls by various virtual sociological services produce absolutely different results with Yuliya Tymoshenko’s rating varying in the range of 2 to 11 per cent.

To ensure that the survey reflects the real attitudes of the population, the pollsters conducted a number of repeated surveys. Such method permitted not only to verify the information, but also to follow the dynamics of the ratings.

Thus, after the regional power representatives with V. Shcherban headed the local department of the Our Ukraine election bloc, the percentage of Tymoshenko’s supporters grew to a considerable degree. Naturally, at the expense of the number of Viktor Yushchenko’s supporters. Thanks a lot and keep it up, Mr. Shcherban, our stronghold of liberal values. It is pleasant that local bureaucrats are producing the potential supporters of the opposition bloc on a regular basis. For example, they failed to admit the Motherland representatives to the regional election commission and thus gave the cause to all local newspapers. Not a bad PR action!
