A magazine "Focus" made rating of 50 representatives from number of the regional elite of Dnipropertrovs’k area, whose stakes are related to city and area in any case.

"Focus" determined winners after three criteria: closeness to making state decisions, scales of controlled business, impact on political-economic processes in country and on public opinion.

"Yulia Tymoshenko occupies the first place in rating by right. It is difficult to find more known native of Dnepropetrovsk in Ukraine today. Activity of Yulia Volodymirivna causes different reaction: from hard criticism to fascination. But both supporters and opponents agree in that lady Y is bright and not ordinary personality.

Although Tymoshenko does not name herself "dnipropetrovs’ka” (the person from Dnipropetrovs’k) in politics but she does not lose connection with native town. Registration of the leader of “Bat’kivschyna” remained local, and the Dnepropetrovsk regional staff of BYuT is headed by aunt of politician - Antonina Ulyahina", - writes "Komsomol'skaya Pravda - Ukraina"
