Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko stated during a press conference on Tuesday that the democratic coalition was destroyed by a plot between the Party of Regions and Presidential Secretariat.

 

“Today the restoration of the coalition is in the hands of the President. All responsibility is on him, because everyone else absolutely agrees to it,” noted Tymoshenko.

 

“And all the scares that parliament will be dissolved in an hour, two, a day, two or three is an anti-governmental, irresponsible and hopeless position,” stressed the Prime Minister.

 

She also advised Yushchenko to think about the country and not presidential elections.

 

Tymoshenko also once against denied holding talks with the Party of Regions.

 

“No talks between BYuT-Party of Regions or Party of Regions-BYuT are being held or have been held,” she assured.

”The Party of Regions is absolutely part of the Presidential Secretariat’s plot to destroy the coalition and hold early elections. The Party of Regions waited for the President to destroy the democratic coalition and today made the decision in favor of early elections without any hesitation,” noted Tymoshenko.

 

“It’s a pity that this is happening. I want for stability to be restored in the politicum,” she assured.
