Businessmen who have suffered from the disaster will get 5 thousand UAH of compensation form the Government. Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko told a press conference today. “Every small businessman who has lost something during the natural disaster will have 5 thousand UAH of reimbursement for damages,” the Head of Government stressed.

Yulia Tymoshenko told that the Government had made a decision to include in the list of citizens suffered from the flood who need reimbursement the category of citizens who carried on business as well. The Prime Minister reminded that hitherto, losses of small businessmen who had lost their property were not recovered. In particular, the PM noted that the Government would do its best that “banks obtain deposit insurance of credit repayment”.

Yulia Tymoshenko also stressed that special government commission had been created including the representatives of power and entrepreneurs which by the example of the Kalynivskyi market of the Chernivtsi region would clear up an attitude of local authorities to markets of the country – “what are exactions there, how lands, sales outlets are allotted etc.”.
