During a meeting today with representatives of the agro-industrial complex, Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko commissioned the creation of a register of economic institutions that will buy surplus fodder grain in Ukraine until new harvest.
According to Tymoshenko, first and foremost, this relates to farms and distilleries that should be included in the concessional lending program (reduced lending rates) and compensation of premium payments with budget funds.
The Prime Minister underscored that a condition for state support is the purchase of grain at prices not lower than the base level set by the Cabinet. “Otherwise there will be no preferences,” she noted.
