Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko is certain that the government will win any lawsuits dealing with the Vanco International matter.

This was her comment during today’s press conference regarding the Prosecutor General’s appeal to the court asking that they cancel the government’s decision to suspend Vanco International’s license.

“The government’s position is completely legal and we will defend it,” stressed Yulia Tymoshenko.

She also added that the government’s decision on Vanco International was approved “unanimously” by the government officials.

Yulia Tymoshenko is also convinced that there will be no international lawsuits or sanctions against Ukraine due to the situation.
