	Cabinet starts implementing President’s order on the Russian Black Sea Fleet

	The Cabinet has starts implementing the President’s order regarding the Russian Black Sea Fleet. Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko announced this during a press conference. She stressed that it’s very important that all the procedures for removing the Russian Black Sea Fleet from Ukrainian territory take place within the guidelines of previous interstate agreements and that they be carried out in a timely manner.
