Prime Minister and leader of the BYuT list to Kyiv City Council elections Yulia Tymoshenko is calling on Kyivites to make a careful choice and vote for tried and tested politicians.
She stated this during a meeting with voters of the Desnyansky district in Kyiv on Friday, May 16.
“I think that it’s better to give your vote to tested politicians. There are numerous small parties registered and running for Kyiv City Council - they’re not well known and you know very well who created them, who finances them, and who they’re catering to,” said Tymoshenko.
The BYuT leader is convinced that Kyiv no longer has the right for experiments. “I think that it’s logical to vote for those parties and blocs that didn’t vote for the distribution of land in the Kyiv City Council,” she added.
Yulia Tymoshenko also called on Kyivites to support Oleksandr Turchynov in the mayoral elections. “I know that Turchynov won’t disappoint you because we’re basically one and the same, only he doesn’t have a braid,” said the leader of BYuT.
