The leader of BYuT Yulia Tymoshenko lays on authority responsibility for the explosion of gas in a 10-storied house on 127 Mandrykivskiy street, in Dnipropetrovs’k.

Tymoshenko declared this to journalists in Dnipropetrovs’k.

"The state is 300% guilty. Absolutely guilty the owners of miskgaz (owners of "Dniprogaz"company). And they will account responsibility", - she said.

On her information, "Dniprogaz" lately shortened the technical park and technical personnel three times.

Yulia Tymoshenko declared, that today, except for that it is needed to give urgent help people, it is also necessary at state level either to return these structures the state, or by a law to set such technical procedures which will not enable the private proprietors of such enterprises to save on the technical base of the systems.

The leader of BYuT reported that such bill will start to be prepared from today”.

Tymoshenko also surprise at position of city authority according the habitants of houses on a housing array "Peremoga", which suffered from explosion. According to her, the works on glazing are not started yet.

“I’m surprised public organizations should do this,” - she said.

Tymoshenko told journalists, that on Sunday her political force organized work of 11 brigades which will glaze all sufferings houses.

As information agencies report, 10 persons died and 16 hospitalized (by the state on 11:00) in the result of explosion.

The explosion of domestic gas with victims happened on October, 13 about 11:00 in a doorway №3 of 10-stories house in Dnipropetrovs’k.

Doorway №3 fully blasted, in a doorway №4 there is not a roof, 8 and 9 floors suffered very much.

The house is encircled and nobody is allowed to approach it due to a threat of caving-in.

Suffered houses are №128 on Mandrikivska street №45 on Pereyaslavs’ka street and №58 on Naberezhna street.

The center of propaganda of main administration of regional Ministry of emergency reported later, that 8 houses are damaged in a housing array "Peremoga" in the result of explosion.

Associated company of the National stock association "Naftogaz of Ukraine" "Gas of Ukraine" declares, that, possibly, reason of explosion of gas in the dwelling-house of Dnepropetrovsk was become by insufficient repair and modernization of gas-distributing networks by a company "Dniprogaz".

"Dniprogaz" is engaged in transporting of gas by distributive pipelines, and also sells gas in the Dnipropetrovs’k area.

Companies Eriswell Traiding Ltd and Sagasiti Limited have 22,57% actions each in "Dniprogaz", 19,45% belong to Sodeman Limited, 16,56% to Tanter Holdings Limited (all is Cyprus).

Russian company the Closed joint-stock company the "Kompleksni energetychni systemy” (“Complex power systems") of businessman Victor Veksel'berg controls "Dniprogaz".
