BYUT leader Yulia Tymoshenko arrived to the meeting of the areal administrative court of Kyiv, where her political force claim against CEC was examined.
Having taken the floor,Tymoshenko,in particular, once again marked that CEC refusal to register BYUT electoral roll left this political force "outside the political process".
She also asked the court for "unbiased consideration of documents in order to find out the reasons basing on which candidates from BYUT were not registered".
Tymoshenko reported that after CEC refusal to consider the rolls, BYUT "literally in a few minutes gave the required amendments, pursuant to the requirement of CEC, as separate documents".
"When we submitted them to CEC, new illegal requirements to those rolls were born", - reported Tymoshenko.
She explained that CEC required to include proper information about candidates to the electoral rolls and reapprove the rolls on the congress.
"But for this purpose it is needed to gather the congress. And to gather the congress – is quite difficult and long procedure, and we will simply miss terms of parties and blocs registration for the elections", - she explained, adding, that after the congress in the ratified BYUT documents "it is impossible to correct even a comma, because rolls are being approved not by the party leaders".
"From our side there is neither procrastinatio nor any sabotage of the process", - she added.
