Political parties and public organizations, which entered National Rescue Committee, adopted an appeal to President of Ukraine with a requirement to halt ahead of schedule the activities of Supreme Soviet of the V-th convocation and start the procedure of early parliamentary elections.

The document marks, that, disregarding that citizens of Ukraine during democratic elections supported political forces which positioned themselves as democratic, as a result of the Socialistic party treason headed by Oleksandr Moroz, people’s will was actually distorted in the parliament, and forces of revenge came in power in the country.

The document tells that present coalition uses methods incompatible with parliamentary principles and democracy; in particular, it expands due to deputies who joined the parliament in the lists of other political forces, but who failed to stand before the temptation and betrayed their electors.

Also it is marked in the document that same processes of migrations of deputies were applied to the local authorities, which entailed the revision of the results of voting around the whole country. "Today treason has become the key feature of the Supreme Soviet. Parliament has grown into the nest of political corruption", - the document says.

The event’s participants mark that they are disturb with the fact that with these methods coalition is going to expand its rows to 300 deputies which will allow them to amend the Constitution and usurp the power in the country. The document says, that today in Ukraine actually a putsch has been started, and President must stop it.

The event’s participants consider that in this situation parliament has lost both moral and political right to represent interests of people. It is marked in the document that such actions are impermissible in the civilized countries.

Considering the above, political parties which joined National Rescue Committee, address President as to the guarantor of the Constitution with a requirement to quit the powers of the present parliament.

Besides, participants of this event with the purpose of similar situations prevention in future suggest putting urgently on a national discussion and adopting new release of the Ukrainian Constitution.

Representatives of Our Ukraine, Yulia Tymoshenko bloc take part in the meeting of the Committee; leader of the National self-defense Yuriy Lutsenko is present as well. Above the stage there hangs a slogan: Get zRadu! (Away with treason).
