A delay with the dissolve parliament is a treason of national interests of Ukraine.
Yulia Tymoshenko declared this before journalists on Wednesday, March, 28 in Paris after the meeting with Minister of budget and administrative reform, official representative of the French government Jean Francois Koppe.
Yulia Tymoshenko marked that President of Ukraine had a right to dissolve parliament, basing on Article 90 of the Ukrainian Constitution, which specifies that the majority may be formed by factions of deputies, instead of separate deputies.
"In addition, there is Article 102 of the Constitution pursuant to which President has not only the right but a duty to dissolve parliament, because when it turns into the hub of corruption it distorts the choice of people", - declared Tymoshenko.
Answering the question about possible time of parliament dissolving BYUT leader Yulia Tymoshenko answered that dissolving should have been done “as far back as yesterday”
"But weakness of politicians and sometimes their indecisiveness make Ukraine lose not only the achievements of our revolution but what was reached by many generations. And when politicians disregard the legacy of generations, this means in my opinion not a weakness, but treason", - said Yulia Tymoshenko.
Answering the question whether she is afraid that Speaker of the parliament and Prime minister will make attempt to dissuade President from the early elections, Tymoshenko answered: "I am afraid of this, that is why I am going to come back to Ukraine as soon as possible".
She also reminded that meeting of National Resque Committee will be conducted on Friday, and a lot of public organizations will participate in it.
"Our purpose - to unite all sound forces in order to declare elections by a legitimate constitutional way", - underlined Yulia Tymoshenko.
After the meeting with the Minister of budget and administrative reform, official representative of the French government Jean Francois Koppe Yulia Tymoshenko reported that French economic circles are disturbed with the investment climate in Ukraine.
