<description>Yulia Tymoshenko noted that this plan envisages object planning of roads, dams, bridges, houses, schools, hospitals which had been damaged. According to the PM, the plan sets out a general contractor for restoration of these objects and cost of recovery work and commission deadline of an object. “Today we have a fundamental plan on overcoming the natural disaster and what is the most important – prevention of any other such destructive events,” the Head of Government noted.

Besides, Yulia Tymoshenko told that the endorsed Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers which envisages subject actions of the Government concerning strengthening and building of dams, coast-protecting systems, dry reservoirs, special river outlets.</description>

Yulia Tymoshenko told that the Government had made a decision to include in the list of citizens suffered from the flood who need reimbursement the category of citizens who carried on business as well. The Prime Minister reminded that hitherto, losses of small businessmen who had lost their property were not recovered. In particular, the PM noted that the Government would do its best that “banks obtain deposit insurance of credit repayment”.</description>

<description>The Premier noted that today the Government submits the project documentation for 5 typical houses to local authorities which shall report these projects to the people. In turn, the families have to choose the project for building. Yulia Tymoshenko also noted that the working documentation for projects the suffered citizens would get gratis. “All working documentation is drafted. In my opinion, this will simplify all people’s worries about the construction of new houses,” the Head of Government highlighted. 

Yulia Tymoshenko noted that these houses are of high quality. The Head of Government said that it would be both one-room and multiple-room houses of area from 35 to 80 square metres, brick and wooden house.</description>

<description>The Government will enlarge categories of the citizens for indemnity payments for disaster damages.
The PM noted that badly damaged houses would not be reconstructed but new dwellings to be built instead of them.
According to the Head of Government, to date above 2 thousand families received 50 thousand compensations and above 30 thousand citizens – assistance of all categories. The PM noted once more that these are advance compensations and later on amounts of compensation for losses would be increased.
Yulia Tymoshenko also urged the representatives of local and central authorities to unite and provide highest possible help to the suffered citizens.</description>
